A look at how design can be used to transform a space in the community. In the neighborhood of Valencia, California, there are over 30 miles of paseo systems that interconnect local parks and communities, perfect for walks. I decided to use design to create a community for the dogs of Santa Clarita. This includes a map of where you can meet your furry friends, featured illustrations of pups along the paseos, and a website with community updates on dog events. This will also allow dog owners and lovers to get to know each other while talking their daily walks or attending events.
